Job summary

Sunrun Inc. is seeking a Field Performance Technician to manage and complete service and warranty work within the Field Service team. You will coordinate resources, interact with customers and management, and help maintain safety and quality on-site.

The role requires 1–3 years of solar experience, a High School diploma, and NEC-based knowledge. A Journeyman license is preferred and driving/physical requirements apply.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of field construction or solar experience
• PV design or PV electrical experience preferred
• High School diploma is required

Responsibilities

• Organize, lead, and maintain the warranty and service schedule
• Coordinate labor resources for service and warranty projects
• Assist with training and development for Field Service Technicians
• Lead regular meetings to train the local field service team
• Support onboarding and training of new team members
• Meet defined field performance KPIs and assist with site inspections and audits
