Qualifications

• High School diploma required; PV installation knowledge preferred.
• Electrical Journeyman certification or license preferred depending on state.
• Strong customer service and safety orientation required.

Responsibilities

• Organize, lead, and maintain warranty and service schedule.
• Coordinate labor resources for service and warranty projects.
• Assist with training for Field Service Technicians.
• Lead meetings to align field service team on best practices.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Meet or exceed field performance KPI targets.
