Job summary

Sunrun Installation Services Inc. is seeking a Field Performance Technician to manage field service and warranty related work. You will work with the local field service team and customers to ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to safety standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of solar or field construction experience, NEC knowledge, and a valid driver's license. You will train with the team and participate in ongoing field performance improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma.
• Electrical Journeyman certification or license preferred depending on state requirements.
• Knowledge of NEC codes and safety procedures required.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain warranty and service schedule.
• Coordinate with Foreman, Supervisor and Branch Manager to allocate labor.
• Assist with training for Field Service Technicians.
• Lead field service meetings and share best practices.
• Maintain safety standards and complete site inspections when assigned.
