Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering.
- 4-6 years in quality control inspection, solar/construction.
- Ability to read drawings, specs, and submittals.
- Experience with quality plans, audits, and root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with construction tolerances and measurement tools.
- Proficiency in Procore, Excel, and related software.
Responsibilities
- Lead SDI quality control processes for solar construction projects.
- Mentor and develop Quality team members.
- Review and approve project quality control plans.
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with owner contracts and standards.
- Identify high-risk work scopes and oversee quality implementation.
- Perform inspections and witness tests; document findings.
- Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
- Track QC metrics and report to leadership and regulators.
