Job summary

SOLV Energy, LLC is seeking a Site Quality Manager to lead QA/QC on solar, storage, and substation projects. You will oversee the Site-Specific Quality Plan, inspection teams, and act as liaison with clients and subcontractors.

The role requires advanced QA/QC expertise in PV, civil, electrical, and structural construction, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Travel to remote project locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years in utility-scale solar quality management.
• Experience with QA/QC in electrical/civil construction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Site-Specific Quality Plan (SSQP) with Regional Quality Manager.
• Lead QA/QC inspections and audits across civil, mechanical and electrical work.
• Manage nonconformances, RCA, and CAPA processes.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and generate quality metrics reports.
