Job summary

Greystar is seeking a help desk specialist to provide technical assistance across multiple software systems. You will troubleshoot, respond to user requests, and ensure issues are resolved.

Collaboration with Accounting, Operations and Training is required to support system usage and training materials. The role involves assisting on take-over projects for newly acquired properties by provisioning user access and supporting client presentations.

Qualifications

• College degree in information systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience using property management software and computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide help desk support for software systems and respond to user requests.
• Troubleshoot issues and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations and Training to support system usage.
• Assist with training materials and user onboarding for new properties.
• Support take-over teams by setting up new users and access.
