Job summary

Greystar on campus roles support administrative functions for a portfolio of properties, assisting the Operations Team with daily tasks and project execution. The role emphasizes maintaining safe, comfortable student housing and coordinating maintenance, data entry, and event-related activities to ensure smooth occupancy processes.

This position focuses on hands-on repairs, preventive maintenance, and customer relations, with opportunities to contribute to property upkeep and campus life

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities are well-maintained, safe, and conducive to student living and learning.
• Perform data entry, file management, and support with research projects.
• Complete hands-on repairs/maintenance work while ensuring service requests and repairs are made correctly and timely.
• Execute the preventive maintenance program that minimizes emergency repairs and service repairs; inspect grounds, buildings, and other property features to minimize liability concerns.
• Maintain curb appeal and cleanliness of properties at all times and understand the importance of the retention of residents for occupancy purposes.
• Perform all work necessary to make units and rooms ready for occupancy which may include general cleaning.
• Make note of and report on any equipment which might need repair prior to occupancy.
• Assist with planning and coordinating events, projects, etc.
• Sustain positive customer relations and contribute to the positive feedback toward properties.
