Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a technical support professional to provide help desk assistance across multiple software systems. You will troubleshoot queries, isolate problems, and implement solutions to keep operations running smoothly.

You will collaborate with Accounting, Operations and Training teams, respond to inquiries by email, phone, or in person, and help onboard new property teams with system access and training materials.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and communicate solutions clearly to teams.
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, internet, and databases.
• Background with information systems or computer-related field.

Responsibilities

• Gives help desk support, troubleshoots, and resolves software issues.
• Responds to queries via helpdesk, email, phone, or in person.
• Collaborates with Accounting, Operations, and Training to support systems.
• Onboards new properties by setting up user access.
• Delivers reports and demonstrations of systems to clients and teams.
