TSD Mobility Solutions, Inc., an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, seeks a Performance Manager to strengthen relationships with existing customers and uncover solution opportunities. You will become the product expert, driving sales growth and delivering value across dealerships and car rental locations.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years of experience in software sales.
• Industry experience in car rental, dealership, or travel preferred.
• Ability to travel 60% across the US.
• College Degree preferred.
• Excellent presentation and relationship building skills.
• Proficient in MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Perform consultation visits at dealerships and car rental locations as part of our professional services team.
• Implement analysis, performance evaluations and program development at customer sites.
• Provide detailed data on site regarding fleet management market and products offered.
• Report on each visit with recommendations to clients, manufacturers and internal departments.
• Build, develop and maintain strong client relationships and understand client goals.
• Exceed monthly and yearly sales goals through incremental sales to existing and new customers.
• Maintain up-to-date understanding of industry trends and core products like our rental, loaner management software and modules.
