Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, via its TSD Mobility Solutions division, seeks an Account Manager in the Atlanta area to partner with the business development team and ensure long-term customer success. You will liaise between clients and internal teams, communicate enhancements, and manage post-sales implementation and delivery.

Requirements include 1+ year in the car rental industry, software sales experience preferred, and willingness to travel 25% across the US.

Qualifications

• College Degree preferred
• 1+ year experience in car rental industry
• Experience in software sales preferred
• Ability to travel 25% across the US
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
• Proficient in MS Office products
• Must have a valid driver’s license with minimal violations in last years

Responsibilities

• Ensure communication and customer satisfaction for existing accounts and develop relationships within assigned territory/account list
• Manage long-term health of customer base and identify risk areas to ensure retention
• Make daily strategic calls to locations aligned with senior account managers’ OEM or Auto Groups and inside sales reps account lists
• Proactively call key accounts in areas of professional service traveler visits to identify and execute growth opportunities within existing accounts
