The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, via its affiliate TSD Mobility Solutions, Inc., is seeking a Sales Performance Manager to grow relationships with dealerships, car rental locations and corporate clients. You will analyze client models and identify opportunities to increase sales of our fleet management software solutions.

You will travel up to 60% across the United States, visit sites, deliver performance evaluations, and report findings to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of software sales experience.
• Travel up to 60% across the US.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Perform dealership and car rental site visits as part of professional services.
• Analyze performance and develop programs at client sites.
• Provide fleet market data and product information on site.
• Report visits with recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive client initiatives.
• Exceed monthly and yearly sales goals through incremental product sales.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and TSD core products.
