Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, through its affiliate TSD Mobility Solutions, is seeking a Sales Performance Manager to join a growing team. You will build relationships with dealerships, car rental locations, and corporate clients, becoming the product expert driving opportunities.

Responsibilities include consultations, performance analysis, and program development, plus reporting with recommendations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in software sales.
• Industry experience in car rental, dealership, or travel preferred.
• Ability to travel 60% across the US.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in MS Office products.
• Must have a valid driver's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand the client's best interests and drive success of their initiatives.
• Exceed monthly and yearly sales goals through incremental sales of products to existing and prospective customers.
• Provide detailed data on site regarding fleet management market and products offered.
• Report on visits with recommendations to clients, manufacturers and internal departments.
• Maintain up-to-date understanding of industry trends and products including rental and loaner management software.
