Job summary

RealPage, Inc. is seeking an Account Representative to add new customers and nurture existing relationships within a geographic territory. You will visit management companies and owners, present our software solutions, and work with Sales Engineers to build ROI for prospects.

The role requires a four-year college degree or equivalent sales experience, a proven track record in software sales, and willingness to travel up to 40%. Compensation includes salary, bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in business or 4 years relevant work experience in sales.
• Minimum of 1 year of formal field sales or inside sales with a record of exceeding quotas.
• Strong track record of proven achievement selling software products or services.
• Previous experience with value-based selling approach/ consultative.
• Ability to identify, qualify and prioritize prospects; present to large groups.
• Ability to manage a geographic territory effectively with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• New sales activities include prospecting, qualifying, closing.
• Follow up on implementations and generate new and add-on revenue within territory.
• Research, identify, and generate new opportunities weekly.
• Qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel.
