Job summary

RealPage, Inc. is seeking a Solution Representative V to drive new customer acquisition and expand relationships across a geographic territory. You will visit management companies and owners, present solutions, and collaborate with Sales Engineers to close deals.

This role requires a proven quota-attainment track record, strong communication, and up to 40% travel for field activities, with a focus on value-based selling in real estate or financial services.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in business or 5 years relevant work experience in sales.
• Minimum of 5 years of formal field sales or inside sales work experience with a record of exceeding assigned quotas.
• Strong track record of proven achievement selling software products or services required.
• Previous experience with value-based selling into the real estate industry or related financial services industries.

Responsibilities

• New sales activities include prospecting, qualifying, closing.
• Follow up on implementations for new product and service sales.
• Generate new sales and add-on revenue within a territory and/or named accounts.
• Research, identify, and generate opportunities weekly.
• Qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel.
• Close new business and grow existing accounts.
