Job summary

RealPage is seeking an Account Representative to grow our customer base in a regional territory and maintain existing client relationships. The role involves visiting management companies, attending client meetings, and presenting RealPage solutions with a consultative approach to VP and C-Suite executives.

You will generate new opportunities, manage a robust sales funnel, and strive to exceed quarterly and annual quotas.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in business or 4 years relevant work experience in sales.
• Minimum of 1 year of formal field sales or inside sales work experience with a record of exceeding assigned quotas.
• Strong track record of proven achievement selling software products or services required.
• Previous experience with value-based selling approach/ consultative.

Responsibilities

• New sales activities include the management of prospecting, qualifying, closing.
• Follow up on implementations associated with new product and service sales; generating new sales and add-on revenue within a territory or named accounts.
• Research, identify, and tenaciously generate new opportunities weekly.
• Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel.
