Job summary

RealPage is seeking an Account Representative to add new customers and grow existing relationships in a defined territory. You will visit management companies, participate in client meetings, and represent RealPage at industry events while meeting revenue goals.

The role requires a four-year business degree or equivalent sales experience, a proven ability to exceed quotas, and strong consultative selling skills with executives. Travel up to 40% may be required.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in business or related field or 4+ years sales experience.
• Record of exceeding quotas and field/inside sales experience.
• Experience with value-based/consultative selling and presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop new sales by prospecting, qualifying, and closing.
• Follow up on implementations and generate new revenue in territory.
• Identify opportunities weekly and manage a robust sales funnel.
• Present solutions to VP and C-Suite executives and navigate multiple decision makers.
• Maintain high activity levels with calls, emails, and social selling.
