CVS Health is seeking a Software Engineer for Workforce Insights to design and operate Python services, SQL transformations, and BI integrations within HR analytics. You will collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and HR partners to translate requirements into reliable, testable code and releases.

This role focuses on building scalable data pipelines on BigQuery and Airflow, extending an enterprise semantic layer, and contributing to governance and security practices while delivering value

Qualifications

3+ years of professional software development experience.
3+ years coding in Python or similar language with tests.
3+ years building or integrating APIs, services, data workflows.
2+ years with BigQuery SQL, partitioning, optimization.
1+ year with BI layer and governance concepts.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, test, and maintain software features in Python/SQL.
Translate requirements into technical tasks with data teams.
Write automated tests for business logic and data contracts.
Develop and maintain BigQuery transformations and models.
