Qualifications

• 3+ years professional software development or equivalent production experience.
• 3+ years Python or equivalent language with maintainable code and tests.
• 3+ years building APIs, data workflows, or production systems; interfaces & failure modes.
• 2+ years SQL, BigQuery scripting, partitioning, and optimization.
• 1+ year experience with BI/semantic layers (Superset, Looker, Power BI, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and maintain features across Python, SQL, and workflow code.
• Translate requirements into technical tasks; collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and HR partners.
• Participate in code reviews, improve existing code, and write automated tests.
• Maintain BigQuery transformations and models for the product.
