Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.

• 3+ years of experience across application code, data transformations, and operational tooling.
• 2+ years of advanced SQL experience, preferably BigQuery.

Responsibilities

• Develop software features in Python, SQL, and workflow code.
• Translate requirements into technical tasks with data engineers, analysts, and HR partners.
• Write automated tests for business logic, data contracts, and integrations.
• Build and maintain BigQuery transformations and models for the product.
• Integrate metrics definitions in SQL and BI integrations.
• Document changes and obtain owner approval before release.
• Maintain Superset datasets and dashboard integrations.
