Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience in production systems.
• 3+ years with Python or similar language; writing readable, tested code.
• 3+ years building APIs, data workflows, services or production integrations.
• 2+ years of SQL expertise, preferably BigQuery, including advanced techniques.
• 2+ years with Airflow/Cloud Composer and Python for ETL and automation.
• 1+ year with an enterprise BI layer like Superset, Power BI, or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operate software across Python services, SQL, and workflow code.
• Translate requirements with data engineers, analysts, and HR partners.
• Write automated tests and participate in code reviews.
• Build and maintain BigQuery transformations and models for the product.
• Implement workforce metric definitions in SQL and BI integrations.
• Maintain Airflow workflows and deployment tooling; support safe releases.
