Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years with Python and automated tests.
• 3+ years building or integrating APIs and data workflows.
• 3+ years across application code, data transformations, and tooling.
• 2+ years advanced SQL expertise, preferably BigQuery.
• 2+ years Kimball dimensional modeling concepts.
• 2+ years Cloud Composer and Airflow for ETL tasks.
• 1+ year experience with BI layers such as Superset/Power BI.
• 1+ year Git, code review, and CI/CD practices.
• 1+ year tracing data or metric discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and maintain software features in Python, SQL, and workflow code.
• Translate requirements into technical tasks and collaborate with data engineers and HR partners.
• Participate in code reviews and write automated tests for business logic and data contracts.
• Build and maintain BigQuery transformations and models for the product.
• Implement workforce metric definitions in SQL and BI integrations.
• Document changes affecting reports and verify outputs with owners.
• Contribute to Superset dashboards and API integration discussions.
• Develop and maintain Airflow workflows, deployment tooling, and CI/CD processes.
