Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years with Python and SQL, building data workflows and APIs.
• Experience across application code, data transformations, and operational tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and maintain Python, SQL, and workflow features.
• Translate requirements into technical tasks with data engineers, analysts, and HR partners.
• Participate in code reviews; write automated tests for logic and data contracts.
• Build and maintain BigQuery transformations and data models as part of the product.
• Implement workforce metrics in SQL and BI integrations; ensure testability.
