Job summary

One Call is seeking a Software Engineer II to design, code, test, and maintain software for internal partners and external customers. You will work with business analysts and product managers to ensure on-time delivery and quality within budget.

The role emphasizes strong SDLC knowledge, collaboration, and the ability to translate requirements into scalable solutions in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or the equivalent.
• 2–5 years of application development experience.
• Experience with end-to-end SDLC approaches (waterfall, iterative, agile).
• Strong communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops program logic for new applications or modifies logic in existing ones.
• Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications.
• Maintains, tests and integrates application components.
• Translates business requirements into product designs and writes technical specs.
• May provide leadership to other technical professionals.
