Job summary

One Call is seeking a Software Engineer II to contribute to development life cycle tasks for internal and external users. You will design, code, test, implement, and maintain software while collaborating with business analysts, product managers, and teammates to deliver tasks on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Provides application software development services or technical support in defined projects.
• Follows One Call SDLC Standards.
• Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications.
• Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications.
• Maintains, tests and integrates application components.
• Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented.
• Understands One Call systems and the workers' compensation industry.
• Participates in planning and analysis phase of SD projects.
• Translates business requirements into product designs.
• Writes technical specifications and documentation.
• Suggests technical alternatives and improves processes and systems.
• Completes project assignments and special projects as required.
