One Call is seeking a Software Engineer II to design, code, test and maintain software used by internal teams and external customers. The role emphasizes delivering reliable solutions within an agile environment and collaborating with business analysts and product managers.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or equivalent, and comfort working in a remote-first organization that supports work-from-home flexibility and a strong focus on customer service and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies (waterfall, iterative, agile).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide application software development services or technical support.
• Follows One Call SDLC Standards.
• Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications.
• Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications.
• Maintains, tests and integrates application components.
• Analyzes requirements and translates business requirements into product designs.
• May provide leadership and/or guidance to other technical professionals.
