Job summary

One Call is seeking a Software Engineer II to design, code, test, and support software applications for internal partners or external customers. You will work with analysts and product managers to ensure timely delivery within budget and contribute to new or updated code.

The role requires knowledge of end-to-end SDLC, strong communication, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment. This position is remote-friendly with home-office setup expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or the equivalent.
• 2–5 years of software development experience.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (waterfall, agile).

Responsibilities

• Provide application software development services or technical support.
• Follows One Call SDLC Standards.
• Develops program logic for new applications or modifies existing logic.
• Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software.
• Maintains, tests and integrates application components.
• Ensures system improvements are implemented successfully.
• May coach junior technical staff.
