Job summary

BECU seeks a Software Developer to deliver capabilities on the core banking platform, translating business needs into robust software. You’ll develop across the full software lifecycle and partner with business and technical teams to drive value for members.

Collaborating on deployments and participating in on-call rotations, you’ll help ensure system stability while delivering measurable improvements. A CS degree and production coding experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or closely related field.
• Minimum two years of experience designing software and delivering production code in a team setting.
• Experience with cloud tech, .NET/C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, SQL and OOP/SOLID design.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical solutions for the core banking platform, translating business needs into working software.
• Develop prototypes and solutions across the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Support deployments, participate in on-call rotations, and help minimize production issues.
