Job summary
BECU is seeking a Software Developer to deliver capabilities for our core banking platform, combining analysis with hands-on configuration and development. You will work with business and technical teams to turn needs into effective solutions and participate in deployments, including on-call support.
Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in CS and 2+ years designing software, with experience in cloud tech, CI/CD, and modern tooling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline is required.
- Minimum two years designing software and writing production code in a team environment.
- Experience with cloud tech, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development tools.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical solutions in accordance with competencies, compliance, and information protection requirements.
- Develop prototypes, proofs of concept, and full solutions across the SDLC.
- Partner with stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement, optimize processes, and support production deployments.
