Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics is seeking a Software Account Manager to support customers using our Exacta software. You will work with sales and consulting teams to understand requests, define software scope, and develop proposals.

Travel up to 20% and collaboration with the Delivery team are essential. You should have 1–2 years in technical sales, a Bachelor’s in engineering, strong communication, and be comfortable with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the USA long term without sponsorship.
• 1–2 years of experience in technical sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical or industrial preferred) or related technical field.
• Technical mindset with a desire to learn and ask questions.
• Confident communication and presentation skills.
• High proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Understand the Exacta software and current customer installations.
• Lead conversations with customers to uncover the underlying needs and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with Delivery to translate requirements into cost estimates and proposals.
• Support software operations with testing and go-live activities as needed.
• Act as software SME for the sales and consulting teams.
