Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics is seeking a Software Account Manager to support Software Consultants and our sales teams. You will respond to requests for changes in scope for Exacta installations, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities include understanding Exacta, collaborating with Delivery and Sales to define requirements, and producing proposals. 20% overnight travel is required; valid driver’s license and passport are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in technical sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical or industrial preferred) or related technical/supply chain field.
• Positive, problem-solving mentality and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of Exacta software and related systems.
• Lead conversations with customers to understand needs and propose best solutions.
• Coordinate with Delivery team to develop requirements and cost estimates promptly.
• Generate software-specific proposals to support Regional Sales teams.
• Provide ongoing customer service and support testing and go‑live efforts as needed.
• Support consulting and sales teams as software SME, defining scope and requirements.
