Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics seeks a Software Project Engineer to oversee software development and automation projects across the U.S. and abroad.

You will coordinate teams, materials, and schedules, acting as the main customer contact to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. You will work with operations and software developers to improve our platform, provide training, and support on-site or remotely as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering or related field.
• Strong computer skills: MS Office, MS Project; databases experience (SQL Server/Oracle).
• Experience with material handling and/or warehouse management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all phases of software development and automation projects.
• Submit weekly project reports and lead meetings with customers.
• Liaise with software developers to improve TAL product design and resolve issues.
• Provide customer and internal training on TAL software products on-site or at TAL office.
