Silvus Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, is seeking a Business Development Engineer to bridge RF capabilities with USSOCOM requirements. You will work with engineering and BD teams to demonstrate interoperability and field-readiness of StreamCaster radios across domains.

The role demands active SECRET clearance or ability to obtain, US citizenship, and up to 50% travel to field sites and labs, with remote options depending on location.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer/CS or C5ISR field with 2-5 years in systems engineering or defense tech.
• Security clearance: Active SECRET or ability to obtain within 15 months.
• U.S. citizenship required for government contracts.
• Exposure to SDRs, IP-based routing, or tactical comms.

Mansioni

• Analyze USSOCOM capability gaps and map needs to tactical radio solutions.
• Plan networks, configure and execute field trials and evaluations.
• Collaborate with teams to benchmark and verify architectures.
• Support business development with technical inputs and demos.
• Travel up to 50% to customer sites and labs.
