Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Business Development Engineer to bridge RF capabilities with USSOCOM requirements. You will work with engineering and BD teams to showcase interoperability and field-readiness of StreamCaster radios across multi-domain environments.

The role requires 2–5 years in a relevant field, active SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months, U.S. citizenship, and up to 50% travel. Remote work is possible depending on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related C5ISR field with 2-5 years of demonstrated experience; OR HS diploma with 5+ years in technical/defense roles.
• Exposure to SDRs, IP-based routing, or tactical communication systems.

Responsabilités

• Analyze USSOCOM capability gaps and map needs to radio solutions.
• Plan and support field trials, modernizations, and user evaluations.
• Collaborate to ensure architectures are technically sound and aligned with strategy.
• Support BD in technical needs and respond to RFIs/RFPs.
• Travel up to 50% to customer sites and labs; remote work may be possible depending on location.
