Job summary

The Social Media Associate at Kiva will amplify our mission across Instagram, Facebook, and potential new channels, shaping a cohesive voice and growth strategy. You will partner with the Creative and Communications teams to plan, schedule, and optimize content that resonates with diverse audiences.

With 2+ years in nonprofit or brand social media, you will manage publishing calendars, monitor communities, and produce monthly performance insights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing social media publishing and community engagement.
• Experience with Sprout Social or similar social management platforms.
• Experience with Canva and implementing brand guidelines into designs.
• Clear, professional written communication skills.
• A work-from-home position.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage social strategy across channels with a calendar.
• Publish, schedule, and optimize posts using Sprout Social.
• Monitor communities, respond to inquiries, and engage audiences.
• Compile monthly performance reports and share insights.
