Kiva is seeking a Social Media Associate to amplify our mission across Instagram, Facebook, and future channels. You will own day-to-day content planning, scheduling, and collaboration with the Creative and Growth teams to tell authentic stories.

The role requires 2+ years of experience in social media management for nonprofits or brands, proficiency with Sprout Social and Canva, and strong written communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing social media publishing and community engagement.
• Experience with established brands ( nonprofit or corporate ).
• Experience with Sprout Social or similar social management platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and professional written communication.

Responsibilities

• Define social media strategy across channels and scheduling cadence.
• Oversee content planning and coordination with Creative and Growth teams.
• Publish, schedule, and monitor posts with Sprout Social; ensure accessibility.
• Track performance metrics and report insights monthly.
