Job summary

Kiva is seeking a Social Media Associate in the United States to amplify our mission across Instagram, Facebook, and potential channels. You will craft and execute a comprehensive social media plan, coordinate with the Growth & Lifecycle team, and partner with Creative to produce engaging content while managing publishers and influencers.

You will monitor channel performance, stay current with platform changes, and help expand to new networks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing social media publishing and community engagement.
• Experience with Sprout Social or similar social management platforms.
• Experience with Canva and implementing brand guidelines into designs.
• Strong attention to detail and professional written communication skills.
• Ability to triage and elevate issues appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement social media strategy aligned with growth goals.
• Plan, schedule, and manage content across organic channels.
• Monitor community engagement and respond per brand guidelines.
• Compile monthly social performance reports and share insights.
