Job summary

Kiva is seeking a Social Media Associate to amplify our mission across Instagram and Facebook and to support future channels as opportunities arise. You will own day-to-day content planning, creation, and scheduling, using data to optimize performance and ensure consistent, engaging storytelling.

This role is remote in the United States and requires work authorization. Collaborating with the Growth & Lifecycle and Creative teams, you will drive influencer relationships, expand to new channels,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing social media publishing and community engagement.
• Experience with nonprofit or corporate brands.
• Proficiency with Sprout Social or similar tools and Canva for brand-aligned content.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement social media strategy across channels, starting with Instagram and Facebook.
• Plan, publish, and schedule content using Sprout Social and maintain content calendars.
• Engage with communities, respond to comments, and escalate issues as needed.
• Track performance, generate monthly reports, and share insights with Growth & Lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Creative and Communications to source assets and ideate campaigns.
