Job summary

Celsius Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead Celsius brand execution across Grocery, Convenience, and Food Service within the assigned market. You’ll drive sales, expand shelf space, and engage customers during 12–15 store visits per day in a high-energy, field-based environment.

Requirements include 1+ year in consumer goods sales, a high school diploma, a valid U.S. driver’s license with MVR access, and excellent verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in consumer goods sales or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license; ability to pass MVR screening.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and field sales reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive Celsius “perfect store” execution, expand SKU distribution and shelf space.
• Execute brand strategy across assigned retail locations.
• Conduct account audits, track opportunities and deliver insights via CRM.
• Collaborate with distributor partners through route rides, blitzes, and key account calls.
• Support regional sales initiatives and participate in weekly sales calls.
• Achieve and report on daily, weekly and quarterly KPIs.
