Leoforce is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive protein/Beef sales across Southern California retail accounts. You will grow the distributor network, manage key redistribution partners, and lead strategic category initiatives to expand presence in regional grocery and specialty channels.

The role requires strong relationship-building, negotiation, and leadership skills, with a focus on expanding across grocery chains, independents, and ethnic markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in food/protein sales.
• Strong regional grocery/independent retail network in Southern California.
• Experience selling beef, pork, poultry, or value-added protein.
• Proven ability to grow retail accounts and develop new business.
• Experience managing redistribution and wholesale distribution partners.

Responsabilités

• Grow sales across regional grocery chains, independents, and specialty accounts in Southern California.
• Develop new business while strengthening existing customer relationships.
• Manage redistribution and wholesale distribution partners.
• Lead customer presentations, product reviews, and business reviews.
• Negotiate pricing, promotions, and margin expectations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, QA, R&D, Customer Service, and Pricing teams.
• Monitor commodity trends and emerging retail opportunities.
• Drive assortment optimization and new item launches.
