Job summary

Chosen Foods LLC, a San Diego–based CPG company, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, West to drive distribution across the Western U.S. You will build regional sales strategies, lead broker partners, and manage customer relationships to achieve volume, revenue, and profit targets.

You will oversee promotional calendars, new item launches, and trade programs, with travel up to 40% and a focus on optimizing trade execution within major retailers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of regional sales experience in the CPG food space, preferably Western U.S..
• Experience forecasting and developing revenue plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales strategy and annual plans to deliver volume, revenue, and profit targets.
• Lead broker partners to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
• Build and manage customer relationships and negotiate commercial solutions.
• Design and execute promotions, new item launches, and retail initiatives.
• Forecast annual sales and monitor KPIs like fill rate and profit.
