Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or GED.
• IAHSS Basic exam within 90 days of hire.
• Maintain IAHSS Basic certification.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Writing skills to complete reports per standards.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and operate computer equipment.
• Willingness to work 24/7 shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prioritize security incidents, calls, and alerts.
• Dispatch security personnel per procedures.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and access control systems in real-time.
• Respond to alarms and initiate response procedures.
• Communicate clearly with teams and stakeholders during incidents.
• Document all incidents and actions in the management system.
• Assist with policy enforcement and procedural compliance.
• Provide guidance to personnel during critical situations.
• Relay updates to hospital leadership as needed.
• Coordinate with law enforcement, fire, and medical services.
• Escalate high-priority incidents to management as required.
• Address security hardware/software issues and coordinate with vendors.
