Responsibilities

• Receive and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and alerts related to security incidents.
• Dispatch security personnel to incidents, alarms, and requests for assistance according to procedures.
• Monitor surveillance cameras, access control, and security tech to detect incidents in real time.
• Respond to alarms (intrusion, fire, duress) and initiate response procedures.
• Maintain clear communication with security personnel and stakeholders to coordinate responses.
• Record all incidents and actions in the incident management system or CAD.
• Coordinate with internal/external emergency services for timely responses.
• Guide security personnel during critical situations and relay updates to hospital leadership.
