• Familiarity with security principles and technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and alerts related to security incidents and emergencies.
• Dispatch security personnel to respond to incidents, alarms, and requests for assistance according to procedures.
• Monitor surveillance cameras, access control, and other security technologies in real time.
• Respond to alarms and initiate appropriate response procedures.
• Maintain clear communication with security personnel and stakeholders to coordinate incident response.
• Record incidents and actions in the incident management system.
• Assist with implementation and enforcement of security policies and procedures.
• Provide clear instructions to security personnel during critical situations.
• Relay critical information to hospital leadership in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with emergency services to facilitate timely responses.
• Escalate high-priority incidents as necessary.
• Address hardware/software issues and liaise with vendors for fixes.
