Qualifications

• High-school diploma or GED.
• Complete IAHSS Basic exam within 90 days of hire.
• Maintain IAHSS Basic certification.
• Interpersonal and communication skills with diverse individuals.
• Attention to detail for incident documentation.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Writing skills to complete reports meeting standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet.
• Familiarity with surveillance cameras, access control, and alarm systems.

Responsabilités

• Receive and prioritize calls, emails, and alerts related to security incidents.
• Dispatch security personnel per procedures and protocols.
• Monitor surveillance and access control systems in real-time.
• Respond to alarms and initiate appropriate procedures.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders during incidents.
• Record incidents and actions using incident management systems.
• Assist with implementing security policies and procedures.
• Provide clear instructions to personnel during critical situations.
• Relay updates to stakeholders including hospital leadership.
• Coordinate with emergency services for timely responses.
• Escalate high-priority incidents to management when needed.
• Address hardware/software issues and work with vendors.
