Job summary

This role offers a compensation of $21.00 - $23.00 per hour based on experience, along with benefits such as medical and dental insurance, paid time off, and pension. Must be available for both 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED with 2 years of prior security or customer service experience.
• Experience in a high-volume call center and dispatch preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems and coordinate emergencies.
• Provide excellent customer service to all parties while on duty.
• Compile daily SOC activities into shift reports.
