Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Snowflake Partner Solution Lead in the West Region to drive strategy and execution across Snowflake partnerships, solution leadership, and go-to-market activities. You will translate Snowflake capabilities into business value and enable repeatable approaches for large-scale engagements.

You will collaborate with sales and delivery leadership to shape proposals, lead pre-sales efforts, and guide technical delivery with senior client and partner stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing and delivering modern data platforms with deep Snowflake expertise.
• Experience in partner-facing, consulting, or product-aligned roles supporting complex sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of cloud data platforms, data products, data mesh, and lakehouse concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Snowflake partnership strategy and data analytics roadmap.
• Translate business objectives into scalable Snowflake architectures and transformation roadmaps.
• Support complex Snowflake client engagements and guide solution design and delivery quality.
