Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Snowflake Partner Solution Lead for the Central Region to drive alliance strategy, solution leadership, and global go-to-market execution. You will advise Snowflake, Slalom leadership, and clients on architectures, outcomes, and ROI across analytics, AI/ML, and operations.

You will enable repeatability, support complex pursuits, and elevate Snowflake delivery maturity, working with sales, delivery, and industry teams to accelerate wins.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing and delivering modern data platforms with deep Snowflake expertise.
• Proven experience in a partner-facing, consulting, or product-aligned role.
• Strong understanding of cloud data platforms, data products, and data mesh concepts.
• Ability to translate Snowflake capabilities into business value for analytics, AI/ML, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Snowflake partnership strategy and global data/AI roadmap.
• Support complex Snowflake client engagements and guide solution design and delivery quality.
• Develop repeatable Snowflake offerings, accelerators, and methodologies for scale.
• Create compelling proposals, RFI/RFP responses, and executive-ready materials.
