Job summary

EY is seeking an Alliance Sales Executive, Associate Director, to drive Snowflake alliance growth across Consumer & Health and TMT in a market‑facing, quota‑carrying role. You will originate opportunities, shape deals, and leverage EY’s AI‑driven selling tools to outperform the competition.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, build executive relationships, and embed AI thinking across the sales lifecycle to accelerate time‑to‑close, while navigating a highly matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of quota‑carrying sales experience.
• Proven net‑new business hunter.
• Direct Snowflake ecosystem experience.
• Big Four or large global systems integrator experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Originate net‑new pipeline in Consumer & Health and TMT sectors; build pipeline and close deals.
• Lead Snowflake Alliance initiatives and coordinate co‑sell motions.
• Translate Snowflake capabilities into high‑value business outcomes.
• Infuse AI into the sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualification, pursuit orchestration.
• Build executive relationships and coach cross‑functional teams to win opportunities.
