Job summary

DJ's Landscape Management is seeking on-call Snow Shoveling team members for a part-time, seasonal winter role in Michigan. Base pay is $24–$26 per hour, with paid training and a referral incentive. Flexible scheduling supports your availability.

Responsibilities include onboarding training, snow removal to customer specs, safe work practices, and timely reporting of hours and materials. Must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Complete onboarding training for snow removal safety and learning routes.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver's license.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to work on-call including nights, days, holidays and weekends.
• No prior snow removal experience required.

Requirements

• Complete training for onboarding, snow removal safety, and learning routes.
• Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards
• Utilize effective communication for on-the-job issues that may arise
• Submit details of hours, activities, and materials in an accurate and timely manner
• Must be 18 or older
• No experience required
• Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work
• Valid Driver's License is required
• Available for on-call work including nights, days, holiday, and weekend work as needed
