Job summary

DJ's Landscape Management is seeking on-call Snow Shoveling team members for the upcoming winter season. The role offers a base pay of $24 to $26 per hour, with paid training and a referral incentive.

It is a part-time, seasonal position with flexible scheduling to fit your availability. Requirements include completing onboarding, working safely to meet customer specs, effective on-site communication, and timely reporting of hours and activities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• No experience required.
• Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Available for on-call work including nights, days, holiday, and weekend work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding training for snow removal safety and routes.
• Perform snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively to address on-the-job issues.
• Submit details of hours, activities, and materials in a timely manner.
